Ralph and I want to thank both of you for the care and attention, you both have given to the rental of # 266. We would especially want to express you our gratitude to the excellent cleaning and arranging that Mary-Lou did on the unit. It looks clean & welcoming, clean carpets, tables & furniture.

This is our third year in the park.

Both of you have good people skills and try hard to meet renters expectations.

I could not wait until I had turned 55 just so that I could live in a retirement community. The Sundowner RV/Mobile Home Park just fits my style of living. They have many different activities throughout the year, everyone is friendly, but most of all I love living here because it is very quiet and I feel well protected. The Management here is great, friendly and very supportive of their residents, and they keep the property in top shape. The past 5 months I have lived here has been a wonderful experience and I have met a lot of new friends. It pays to be in your 50s

We moved into Sundowner in Jan 2006. Its been such a good experience, after living in an apartment for a year.
It’s so nice to know your neighbors. People stop and talk here; it’s like a community of its own.

The peaceful setting and mountain background adds to the charm of living here.
