Where are you located?

What are your rates?
Each Park is different, but all of our Parks are competitively priced in relation to similar parks in the area. Click on the Parks to see their Rates.
How do I book a Vacation Reservation?
Contact the Park Manager to book your reservation.
Do you allow pets?
All of our Parks allow pets with the exception of Ambassador Downs. Contact the Park Managers to learn the details of their Park's pet policy.
Do you sell land-home packages?
No, we do not. We rent spaces for Mobile Homes, Park Models and RV's. Spaces include pads and utility hook-ups. You can bring in your own unit or purchase a home from us.
How much do your homes cost?
Home prices can start as low as $1,000, and range up to $25,000. Click on each Park to view homes for sale, or call the Park Managers to see what they have available.

What do I need to be approved for home ownership or residency?
We perform background checks on all applicants. You will need a Driver's License or state-issued photo ID., as well as a Social Security Card or Canadian equivalent. Background checks cost $35 per person for US citizens, $45 for Canadians. This is because Canadian states charge more to provide their data.
What is your "Move-In Process"?
Our Move-In Process is designed to be fast. First we run a background check. Reports usually come back within a few hours, but in rare cases might take a few days. If the results are approved, the Park Manager gives you a "move-in" packet of information. This information provides details about the Park, and your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. Once you sign that you have read and agreed to the terms, you will receive a lease agreement. The signed lease agreement will be submitted to the Corporate office to be checked for correctness and given final approval. The entire process can usually be completed within a day or two. Then you move in!
Do you give Reservation refunds?
Only if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date, or can provide a written medical report from a physician explaining why you could not come.
